Anshu Stephen (@fillyourjar ) is a certified Trauma-informed Coach based in Calgary, Canada. She has done her Bachelor’s in Behavioral Science.She has been working as a Coaching Professional since 2012. She believes every story is relevant and powerful. She has worked from this foundational perspective in her eight years of human services work in various different programs and organizations to create self-sufficient and thriving communities.. All her services are available in Hindi and Urdu as well.
She provides Strength-based and Solution-focused Coaching for all genders, ages, cultures, and socioeconomic status individuals in English, Hindi, and Urdu. Furthermore, her coaching is available online and/or over the phone at this time. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching sessions for trauma survivors; attachment coaching for relationships and facilitate workshops around intentional cultural ally-ship are also available.

Our goal through coaching sessions: A whole, empowered, connected, and healthy person.
She is one of the Third Culture Kids who grew up amongst people who constantly pestered her and asked questions about her identity, such as ‘ Where are you actually from?’, ‘Where do you belong?’, etc.
